Its Balloon-Headed Boys Birthday, and the King of the Balloons has arranged a huge party for him at Balloon Castle. All of the balloons in Balloon Town have been invited and everyone is very excited. However! The night before the party, there is a terrible and sinister storm. Magical winds rip through Balloon Town, scattering the inhabitants throughout the land. And worse!
